Sundown on Eden's debut record, while currently unamed, is an independant project that explores the idea of romantic interpersonal connections, the cyclic nature of falling in and out of love in different periods of your life and the consequences that proceed them, all through the mode of reflective journalistic songwriting.  While most of the project is yet to be tracked to tape, Sundown on Eden's sound falls somewhere in the space between different genres, combining elements of the pop giants such as Taylor Swift and Lana Del Rey, the timeless sounds of RAYE, Olivia Dean and Amy Winehouse, the instrumentation of 20s big bands and classical orchestras and the chaotically controlled beats of Britney Spears and Tate Mcrae.   Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, Sundown on Eden met at school and began performing together at age 13 for small school crowds of only 20 people and have since evolved, selling out iconic venues such as The Espy, a testament to their growing audience and live appeal. After more than six years of collaboration - Blending Nathan's dense harmonic mix of classical music, song-writing flair and contemporary pop with Jasmine's jazz sensibilities and Latin influence - they began writing together at the end of 2024 and have amassed a vast array of songs for a project that captures the unique sonic blend of their characters.  At the beginning of 2026, the duo were flown to Los Angeles to perform, produce, and connect with industry, marking a significant step onto the international stage.
